CH2M HILL is currently looking to fill the role of Planning & Scheduling Manager
SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
This position is focused on ensuring the delivery of high quality level services and deliverables, in support of this large, multi-site and multi-year, complex environmental restoration program in the Northeastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This includes ensuring all project control activities such as project estimating, cost management and schedule management are executed in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements.
KEY DUTIES:
Responsible for the development of scope, schedule, budget and cost estimates to complete data for assigned tasks.
Takes lead in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.
Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the project control database and provides output to the project team.
Participates in claims analysis and negotiation.
Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
Prepares CH2M HILL standard earned value-based reports, including schedule updates, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves.
Participates in the development of the Project Completion Report including the evaluation of all subcontractors and major vendors.
Maintains all subsidiary reports such as personnel staffing and release schedules, equipment schedules, etc. to facilitate good cost projections (EAC).
Incorporates field schedules in the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB.).
Assist in managing and maximizing project margins.
Implements trend and change and management programs.
On field assignments, assist with quantity tracking, retrieving project data from subcontractors.

Job Skills : JOB EXPERIENCE:
BS or BA degree in relevant field.
12 years experience in planning, cost engineering and scheduling.
Substantial project controls experience on large scale engineering projects.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P.6
Hands-on experience with setting up complex construction schedules.
Hands-on experience with resource loading and earned value management systems.
Must be able to exercise independent and professional judgment in solving problems and coordinating issues as it relates to cost and schedules and exercise independent judgment in dealing with clients, subcontractors and team partners in solving cost and scheduling problems.
Must possess technical and practical application of estimating, pricing and costing using current cost estimating software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera P6 Software.Job Purpose:
