The Role :
We are currently looking to recruit experienced Guest Relations Executive for our Honda Cars & Motorcycle showroom.The primary focus of the role will be to greet customers in a pleasant manner as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate section and Sales Exec in accordance with the established company procedures.The main duties within the role include the following:
Greet showroom customers and determine nature of their visit Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate sales person that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to a salesperson Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person Hand out brochures and other product information to customers Enter data into computer-operated prospect tracking system Serve as telephone operator back-up if necessary Serve as clerical back-up if necessary

The Person :The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following:* Excellent oral communication skills * Must have good command of the English language and Arabic is preferable* Pleasing personality and professional personal appearance* Familiarity with PABX telephone system operation and correct telephone practice * Ability to work comfortably with the public* Ability to communicate customer's interests, needs and requests to management or sales staff* Self-motivated, reliable and confidentQualifications* Degree education preferred but not essential* Good knowledge of MS Office products
