The vacancy on offer is for a Finance Manager. This is a new role that assists in the Finance Division Management Reporting Function. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will include budgets preparation, responsibility of monthly forecasts and budget re-forecasting, and cash flow reporting. In addition, the role demands the preparation of reports for management information to include project financing plan, cost allocation, cash flow status etc.

Job Skills :
About you :To be considered for this position, you will be a Chartered Accountant or CPA with extensive knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting systems. You will possess a minimum 5 years experience in a Financial Management role. Knowledge of SAP and property management experience is preferred.
