Due to the project's fast moving expansion, the Commercial Management Team are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager in the provision of cost and contract administration services for the infrastructure developments in Cairo Festival City. Your role will include cost management, measurement, and variation evaluation services. In addition, processing of payments and administration of Agreements and Contracts will form a part of your scope.

Job Skills :
About you :To be considered for this role, you will have had no less than 3 years experience in a commercial role working with contractors, consultants or developers. You will have sound knowledge of construction processes and procedures with the ability to prepare cost estimates and assist in managing all contract administration services. A degree in Construction Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent is required. ApplicantsA who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be declined this opportunity.
