Job Purpose:
To provide professional level of financial analysis skills from assumptions gathering, financial model development, results prediction and sensitivity analysis resulting in appropriate recommendations.
Have previous experience with production and training facilities in fields of vocational, advanced technologies and in laboratories
Should also have primary foundation in project management and multi-skilled capacity
Principal Responsibilities:
Essential functions of the job include:
-To give appropriate recommendations on financial decisions to projects senior management;
-Utilize best industry practices and development of work process and procedures and assist project development team
-Financial analysis skills covering
oFinancial & Business Assumptions
oFinancial Budgets (Operational / Capital )
oFinancial Modeling
oSensitivity analysis
oOther … risks …etc
-With key strengths by being multi-skilled, energetic and out performer
-Have the capacity to deal with various units within organization (operations, marketing, legal, hr and admin); and has the fundamentals of there operations
-Up-to-date with industry/ technology trends in field of investments
-Process oriented, analytical and hands on with financial analysis
-Have the capacity of development his support team

?Capability of developing process in a professional way to assure clear track records are maintained for overall project bidding phases and as well as after contract.
?Capability of utilizing computer aided software to smoothen the procurement process.
