Operations Manager at RE/MAX Arabia

An outstanding opportunity to be a pioneer in Real Estate business within a dynamic fast paced environment. The potential candidate will set & lead the regional operational aspects of the business. Such as: 1.Creating the business plan & annual budgets, and report periodically on the progress. 2.Coordinate with RE/MAX Int. to localize, develop, implement policy & procedure operating guidelines for products & Services, and ensure compliance with Middle East Market. 3.Managing the recruiting procedure, training, setting the policy and procedures for staff, and recommend improvement. 4.Enabling delivery of quality and timely service to customers and assure customer satisfaction. 5.Developing and implementing processes & reports aimed to achieve internal efficiency and effectiveness. 6.Lead, coordinate and approve service quality performance indicators and standards, and monitor performance and direct reporting process.

Job Skills :
Candidates should have: -Excellent academic background (U.S./Canadian graduate preferred) -Minimum 7 years experience as Operational Manager (preferably in Real Estate field) -Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills -Budgeting & financial knowledge -Excellent knowledge in using office software & management tools -Strong English communication & writing skills -Problem solving skills -Bilingual preferred -Proveen record of people management (20+)
