Sales Engineer at Confidential Company

Description :
-Recieves customers enquiries, interprets their queries and requirements and gives clarifications / addresses concerns to ensure that the customer has complete information of company's products and services. - Coordinate with Estimation dept for the preparation of Sales Package. - Assist the Sales Manager to negotiate tender and contract terms with the customers in order to reach an agreement on price, terms and conditions. - Review customer's terms and conditions on behalf of Sales Manager coordinating with the relevant department heads to obtain their approval / comments. - Analyses costs and sales and prepares analytical reports. - Records and maintains customers / clients' data and reviews their profiles periodically. - Prepares and presents sales presentations demonstrating how company's products will meet customers / clients requirements. - Provides pre-sale technical assistance and product education.

Job Skills :
- Sound product knowledge (technical and commercial). - Basic estimation skill. - Capable of preparing sales / analytical reports. - Capable of handling customer/client's enquiries efficiently (capable of providing sound customer care and attention). - Interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic, and good presentation skill. - Computer proficiency
