September 30, 2009
Country: UAE
Client(s):

Scottish company, Balmoral Tanks, has set its sites on the Middle East market and focussed its strategic development plans on servicing the region’s construction sector as demand for quality and technologically advanced water storage increases.  Its vast experience and knowledge of Glass Reinforced Plastics (GRP) and sectional steel water tanks, and increasing requirements for its industry-leading solutions sees the company launch an aggressive market penetration drive in the Middle East.

Exhibiting at this year’s The Big 5, Balmoral Sectional Tanks, and acquired company Horseley Bridge Tanks (HBT), will be showcasing its superior quality products which are developed with the benefit of 30 years experience, resulting in the most modern and sophisticated water tanks on the market.  The company is actively seeking agents in the Middle East in order to strengthen its plans for expansion and growth throughout the GCC and keep up with current demand, locally and internationally. Working with agents throughout the region Balmoral will ensure all clients have access to on the ground support.

Water is one of the most precious resources in the region, and one of the scarcest.  Balmoral’s ‘climate proof’ tanks ensure that water is stored in the most efficient and economical way, working with clients to ensure that they obtain the most valuable solution and have access to Balmoral’s experience before, during and after the sales process.

Colin Shaw, the company’s exports sales director, said: “We are seeking agents in order to penetrate the Middle East market effectively and really build on the Balmoral brand .  Exciting times lie ahead; the market may have taken a hit, however we, like many, are optimistic about the months and years ahead.”
