Rotana is set to open Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, the world’s tallest hotel in Dubai

Rotana, the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and North Africa is in its final stage to open one of Dubai forthcoming landmarks, Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in mid December 2009.
