This certainly sets a good example to discourage fraudsters, but I fear only the tip of the iceberg gets any real scrutiny. The true extent of the corruption only becomes visible when there's a shipwreck like Saad Group and Al Gosaibi and Bros.

This is only first incident happen, there are too many Executives specially who authorized to approve the products, they open new company in dubai itself appointed 1 or 2 persons, his own employee will approach to this well Experienced corrupted executive and take the approval for the products.
and many of eropeans/americans/lebenese/egyptians who has worked as electrician/foreman/ in their countries in Gulf countries they become Project Managers

this is how i suffer to take one single project but id didn't. get any.........be carefull with this guys

Being an ex-employee of Dubai World, I am sure CT is not alone! Why we do not read or hear about top local executives accused of wrong doing?

There is no place for thieves here. How many times we have to say that there is no chance for fraud or stealing money in this country..!! if people think this country is like the West they are mistaken, if you want money you have to work for it and very hard...
