Two lucky contestants have taken home one kilogram of gold each as the first and second monthly winners of du’s interactive ‘SMS Gold Challenge’ contest. Muhammad So Ana Miah from Bangladesh and Malathy Narayanan Sudheer received their glittering prizes from du’s Vice President of Sales and Retail, Maher Murad, in a ceremony held recently at the du shop in Sharjah. Over 2,000 grams of gold are still available to be won in the ‘SMS Gold Challenge’. To take part, du subscribers simply need to SMS the word ‘gold’ to short-code 1000 and answer trivia questions, collecting points for a chance to win gold. 25 grams are awarded to instant winners, 50 grams to daily winners, 100 grams to weekly winners and a full kilogram to monthly winners. The contest is open for a limited period.
