Effective Sept. 1, prices for DuPont coatings, plastics, specialty, paper
and laminate titanium dioxide grades will increase by 50 Euros per tonne in
all Euro markets of Western and Central Europe and North Africa markets and
by US$120 per tonne in the dollar markets of Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle
