Etisalat has added significant benefits to its Ahlan visitor mobile package, which will see users experience a number of extra benefits beyond what is already provided in the service. These include preloaded credit, extended validity periods, and a range of value-added services that will bring all the features of enhanced telephony to Ahlan users such as 3.5G services, roaming and more.
Available in a number of locations around the UAE for only AED 90, all Ahlan visitor mobile packages will now also be preloaded with AED 35 worth of calling credit. The earlier validity period of 90 days has now been extended to 120 days, wherein the Ahlan customer will be able to receive calls for 30 days after the completion of 90 days. Now, customers who wish to stay longer and be reachable on the same number also have the option of migrating their Ahlan connection to either the GSM postpaid or the Wasel prepaid services. This can be done anytime during the 120 days that the Ahlan account is active.

Ahlan features have been significantly enhanced, and customers will now be able to access a number of 3.5G services such as video calling, high speed mobile Internet access, and access Etisalat’s portal, Weyak, from their mobile phones.
Ahlan users can also enjoy automatic activation of advanced services such as MMS, Missed Call Notification, Call Forwarding, Conference Calling, and Location-Based Services, which enable Etisalat mobile users to find out their current locations, or nearest points of interest.
Ahlan users who travel abroad frequently will also appreciate the newly-activated roaming facility, which enables every Etisalat Ahlan customer to continue to be reachable on their UAE numbers when outside the UAE. This enables Ahlan users to benefit from Etisalat’s extensive network of roaming agreements with 445 operators in 180 countries, considered to be one of the most extensive networks in the region.
