GITEX Shopper 2007 already promises more exciting than any of its predecessors with a lot more to come. The response to the show has already strong, and with over 170 vendors, distributors and resellers to outdo each other. Every sector of consumer electronics, from laptops to PCs, cameras to gaming and mobiles to office automation, have registered highly impressive sales figures so far. “The first day was good, the second day was even better” said Mr. Ganesh Iyer, CFO of Cellucom. “We are expecting the remaining days to be even better” he added. New product launches have also added to the flavour of this year’s show. “This is our first year at GITEX Shopper, and we are very pleased with the quality of the crowd and with the overall experience.
