Gulf Air, known for its generous
loyalty programmes, has revamped its Frequent flyer programme (FFP) website adding enhanced
features and greater functionality to its public and FFP member web pages.
At the same time, the airline has
also launched a new management system to support the
FFP department in processing applications and managing its member accounts.
“The revamping of websites and the introduction of
a new FFP management system are just two of several initiatives aimed at refocusing
our services and getting closer to our loyal customers,” says Gulf Air Acting
Executive Vice President Marketing
and Sales, Mr. Danny Barranger.
