Emaar, The Economic City (Emaar.E.C), the Tadawul-listed company developing King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), has made rapid progress in completing the structural work of the first office building within Business Park to feature the company’s main office. The Business Park, which has five office buildings, is a component of Bay La Sun Village, an integrated community and the first residential project within KAEC that has been launched to overwhelming customer response.
The internal finishing for the various levels of the first tower housing the Emaar.E.C office and work on the surrounding parking floors are in progress. Construction of a second tower – positioned next to the Emaar.E.C building and set exclusively for Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), the prime facilitator of KAEC – is fast progressing and is expected to be completed by end of this year.
