Regional and global real estate groups are showing strong interest in Nujoom Islands, a large island-based holiday resort and residential destination that is being developed by Al Hanoo Holding, one of the biggest names in real estate development in the region. The project is being constructed on the North East coast of Sharjah Emirate in the vicinity of Hamriyah’s Free Zone. This interest led to a delegation from Tamweel Real Estate Developments, a company owned by Tamweel, to visit the project after signing an agreement with Al Hanoo Holdings, one of the most distinct real estate developers in the Middle East. The company will undertake real estate services for the Nujoom Islands project, which is currently the largest project in Sharjah Emirate.
