Dealing with Difficult People

This powerful 2 day course explores why some people behave in a difficult way, either because of a specific event such as a complaining customer or a road rage incident, or perhaps because of a personality clash at work that may last many years! We explore attitudes and behaviours from both our perspective and the other persons. We will explore the use of body language and basic NLP methods to assist in building rapport and removing barriers. In this program you will learn how to implement the 5 Step Model for Success in all situations. We will explore assertiveness and coping strategies as well as having the opportunity to practice these new skills during the event.
