OVERVIEW
Taught by a dynamic instructor from Harvard University, Haroon Ullah, this intensive negotiation program will give participants the crucial skills, strategies and tools they must have to successfully handle all types of finance-related negotiations and master the art of influence. Custom designed for senior finance professionals, this program will utilize specialized financial negotiation case studies, developed from real life negotiations of Fortune 500 companies to build key skill-sets for a wide range of deals, from crafting M&As, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to project finance, share issues, financial restructuring, MBOs and LBOs.
Mr. Ullah previously taught negotiation training through Harvard's world renowned Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, a consortium of faculty from Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School, the Kennedy School of Government and MIT, and is the Middle East Expert of the S.A.B. Negotiation Group, the world’s foremost negotiations consultancy. The S.A.B. Group’s corporate clients include Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Citadel Investments, Zurich Financial, JP Morgan/Chase, ADIA, and Istithmar, as well as over 100 of the Global Fortune 500. Mr. Ullah is currently teaching at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and is an expert in international financial negotiations.
