Events & Exhibitions Coordinator
Some of the tasks involved in your role would be:
> Assisting in Setting up and Managing all events and exhibitions.
> Research and establish contact with suppliers.
> Negotiate the type and costs of the suppliers’ service.
> Source out temporary staff for Events and Exhibitions.
> Organize regular events and ascertain certain tasks are performed in the most professional manner. Tasks involved could be:
- Prepare a list of venues and make sure that it is appropriate for events.
- Help in setting up venues, with regard to seating, décor, branding and menus.
- Coordinate staff during events and exhibitions to make sure that the program of events occurs on time.
- Ensure post-event follow-up with vendors and finance for payments, and regularly evaluate their service provided.
