Put in place mechanisms / applications (including software) & processes to identify possible leakage areas related to Network operations, Mediation / Tariffs application, Billing application, Product development, Provisioning, Collection and Fraud (internal and external).

Recommend / implement solutions at the "root level" in order to prevent revenue losses.

Put in place monitoring processes and reports with related KPIs.

Perform reconciliation, investigation, prevention audits, sample test activities (e.g. Test calls).

Propose revenue assurance policies at the organisational level.

Interface with the current billing issues team and assist the various departments in putting in place revenue assurance processes and monitor measures such as: Performing trend analysis.

Identify problem areas, perform proactive testing and sample verification.

Communicate with relevant departments on problem areas to identify the source.

Complete periodic reconciliation between IT Billing and Network records.

Assist in doing data purging.

Prepare status reports and present to MTM.

Set up performance indicators.

Requirements:

Computer Science and Accounting / Finance qualification.

Minimum 8 years of experience in revenue assurance related areas with good exposure in the telecom business.

Procedural knowledge and experience in Billing & Collection.

Working knowledge of different database tools and related scripting (programming) skills.

High level of interpersonal, communication, presentation skills with strong leadership abilities.

A committed team player with high integrity.

Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferably bilingual (Arabic & English), with excellent report writing skills.
