Our client, a multinational conferencing and exhibitions business established in the 1970’s, is looking to recruit an Events Manager. They are now recognised as the world's largest Human Capital Company with a global network of 45 businesses and over 100 operating units. Based in Dubai, and reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for organising the logistics of a series of large medical events across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. With over 16 events annually and an attendance of over 6, 000 delegates you will be the key liaison to ensure the events run smoothly. This will entail organising the speaker schedules, accommodation, flights and ensure the delegates arrive in and out safely and quickly. You will also manage over 40 temporary staff, ensure the relevant documentation is in order and ensure the closure of each event in the appropriate manner.
