JOB DESCRPTION
Accounts & Administrative Officer
Objective: Manage all Accounting & Administrative function of the office in Hassi Messaoud
Main responsibilities : Main responsibilities : Accounting
Maintain Accounting day to day entries
Validation balance sheets & P&L accounts
Accounts allocation for all Suppliers and clients accounts
Bank balance reconciliation and Petty cash reporting and inventory
Payroll and payment management : Salary payment, Advance, Expense report
Accrual/Cut off : based on monthly > prepaid / provisions / accrual revenues and expenses
Closing
Monthly closing for management report with the RFC
Permanent file for follow up and reviewing Balance sheet accounts (with explanations, supporting document)
Monthly Internal Procedures file follow up
CIT - with RFC
Maintain a permanent follow up of Tax progress with appropriate provision
Tax reporting for calculation of CIT accrual and support of provision
Preparation of Tax fill return declaration (April)
Tax authorities and laws follow up
Reporting
Bank balance & Peety cash every month
Overdue report every Tuesday
LTCF : Long term cash flow : every month
Bank guarantee follow up to District Office in Tripoli
Reporting to : Country Manager
Other interactions : close interface with Region Financial Controller based in Tripoli.

Requirements:
University qualifications : Bachelor or Master in Accounting
3 years relevant experience
Well versed in Excel, general accounting practice, Administration aspects of business in Algeria.
Resident of Hassi Messaoud, Algeria
Fluent in English & French
