Our client, a local architecture and engineering consultancy, is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Project Architect to join the dynamic team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing design brief from Principal Architect. Your other duties will include: Developing full concept and schematic plans which are practical and efficient based on the brief. Understanding the commercial aspect of the project, and generating plans and concepts accordingly. Leading a small supporting team in generating strong and original concept designs and presentations. Defining the scope of work and services for projects. Estimating time and resources required for projects. Coordinating with the design development team for the project previously designed, while developing concepts for a new project. Maintaining overall project design excellence and timely delivery.
