Head Legal
• Advise on all local and international laws & regulatory matters affecting the company and its operations;
• Advise on all contractual relationships relevant to the Company, add strategic and commercial value on corporate acquisitions and joint ventures;
• Maintain current knowledge of international best practice corporate governance for the company;
• Maintain current knowledge of internal and external laws, rules and regulations;
• Manage Legal Department staff.
