JOB DESCRPTION

Head of Finance Change
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

A process is underway to review opportunities to automate the end to end reporting process. In addition, Finance will require the implementation of an FTP, ALM and cost allocation solution. The successful individual will be responsible for designing and implementing end to end solution in conjunction with the business, IT, PMO and external suppliers as and when required.
Given the workload of existing finance staff, there is a requirement to have a senior finance team member who is not directly involved in business as usual activities. The role would require 100% of the individual's time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Financial MIS and data warehousing development and implementation
Reporting tools development, deployment and training program
FTP development
Cost allocation/activity based costing
On-going enhancement of finance systems architecture and tool sets and delivery of required user training
Other projects as and when required

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1st pass new form Financial MIS by 1/1/09
Create the DWH environment which will be used across the bank
Delivery of reporting toolset to all business users
Automation of existing manual processes
