Provide expertise and knowledge in areas, such as development of customer business solutions, marketing and assists in staff development.
Carry out feasibility studies (Technical, Economic), tasks and assignments that are required in Telecom sector and advice the management with ongoing the related issues.
Contribute in setting up the goals and objectives of Dhofar Division.
Advice with recommendations of improvement.
Specify and establishes strategies, plan for the division to be in line with the Company?s strategy.
Maximize the benefits of available knowledge and staff capabilities to provide real business advantage.
Identify and realize the business opportunities and revenue streams for the Division.
Promote marketing process by drawing up administrative and technical programs for marketing.
Monitor and ensure projects completion on schedule within the budget and in full accordance with project specifications and regulatory authority?s quality indicators.
Manage or contributes to key functional processes, such as recruitment, manpower planning, corporate accounts management, etc and be responsible for efficient and timely performance in these areas.
Assists Management in OPEX budget preparation as well as CAPEX.
Formulates and establishes common standards to aid efficient communication and reporting process of progress on projects so that time and effort can be minimized in clarifications.
Review departments? reports and other reports received from external agencies/organizations, and provide feedback, solutions and recommendations as required by Division Head.
Provide knowledge to the Division?s Departments in setting a business model for these Departments and other business activities.
Requirements:
Proven external sales experience preferably in telecom field.
An understanding of Telecom Services.
Exceptional customer service skills.
The drive and determination to succeed.
Time management and organizational skills are keys to ensure accurate and aggressive follow up with potential customers.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
University Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Telecommunication.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in account management and preferably in telecommunication sector.
