A Supervisor/Senior Administrator shall utilize a number of years accounting experience to oversee and approve various administrative, processing and reconciliation activities undertaken by clerical staff.
Each Supervisor shall be aligned with a business activity in which they are expected to contribute to its continued development. The main area of responsibility shall form the basis of their review and performance assessment.
Within the business activity the Supervisor is expected to analyze and prepare specific small or short term projects contributing to the overall performance reporting of the unit.
Additionally, each Supervisor will be given the opportunity to experience other areas of activity in order to provide suitable cover for similarly skilled staff.

Responsibility for adherence to Group financial procedures consistent with Group policies.
Responsibility for overseeing quality and accuracy of transaction processing.
Responsibility for reporting performance of individual projects or components of business unit activities.
Responsibility for various administrative requirements of each business unit or subsidiary.
Other tasks as enumerated from time to time.
