A leading global consulting firm is looking to recruit an experienced HR project manager to join their Dubai based team. The focus of the position is the successful delivery of strategic HR projects focused on Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) across a broad range of industry sectors. As the project Manager you will be responsible for full life cycle management and delivery, ensuring time scales and budgets are met.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager within a HRIS consulting environment, knowledge of a broad range of HRIS systems such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft etc will be essential and any experience of Gartner / Forrester will be a bonus. Strong communication and client facing skills are essential with experience of interaction with senior management and stage holders essential.
The position is paying between AED35,000 and AED45,000 p/m + benefits
