The role will concentrate on private equity transactions within the MENA region.
Vice President of Investments will be responsible for deal sourcing, preliminary analysis, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, post-investment management and exits.
The Vice President will manage an investment team comprising of a number of investment managers and staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in private equity transactions, with Middle East transaction experience preferred.
Highly experienced in valuation methodologies, negotiations and deal structuring.
Candidate must have at least 7-10 years of experience within the investment field.
Good track record of entering and exiting deals within the MENA region.
MBA and/or CFA and/or CPA necessary
