Due to continuing strong business growth in our Dubai office we have an opportunity for a Senior Water Engineer . This role will see you working with a close-knit team where you will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of water projects. The Senior Civil Engineer will be reporting to the Service Group Manager-Water. The key to the success of this role will be your knowledge and understanding of the water industry legislation and ability to create and design solutions for our clients.

Primary functions
* Leading a team of designers, drafters in the production of documents for Infrastructure and water projects;
* Preparation of design reports and proposals for new projects;
* Managing and leading of Infrastructure designs;
* Participating in development of Infrastructure master planning;
* Undertaking investigations related to the proposed project;
* Liaising and coordinating with the other multi-discipline project teams;
* Corresponding and communicating with clients and authorities for design approvals;

Skills and Qualification
* A degree qualified in engineering — Chartered preferred;
* 10+ years experience in Infrastructure and water sector;

Personal competencies
* Excellent written and spoken communication;
* Possesses good organizational and planning skills;
* A confident self-starter with proven leadership capabilities;
* A result oriented team player who has the ability to motivate staff and encourage teamwork;
* Able to earn the respect and trust of others through uncompromising integrity and openness;
