Our Client   Semi government organization in Dubai. The Job   Responsible to assist the management in articulating the organization’s goals and effectively communicating these goals to appropriate internal and external audiences. Strategic Planning Organizational Development Development, review and approve short- and long-term marketing objectives for each of the sectors and ensure their alignment with the organization’s overall vision and mission. Plan, monitor and review the marketing and communications department’s plans and project(s) performance in order to accomplish desired objectives on a continuing basis.     Candidate Profile   We seek UAE nationals with excellent leadership qualities, experience with international relations and public relations, excellent journalistic and communications skills. Ideally, you will possess an experience of 8-10 yrs in senior-level, managerial, strategic planning and organizational development areas. In conjunction with departmental heads, you will also oversee the compliance of each Section with mandatory and applicable standards and regulations as set by various regulatory bodies. Previous experience in Govt. or Semi Govt. organizations is desirable.
