Head of Private Client Wealth Management - UAE
* Excellent opportunity for a Head of Wealth Management to join a leading UAE Asset Management Firm * <;p>;A leading UAE Asset Management firm are looking to establish a wealth management arm in the Middle East to service the increasing needs of their UHNW clients. As a result, they are currently looking for a ‘Head of Wealth Private Client Wealth Management’ to help launch and ultimately run the new company.<;/p>;<;p>;<;b>;Profile<;/b>;<;/p>;<;p>;Based in Dubai with responsibility for all UHNW/ HNW clients in the GCC you will be expected to help build the business through the acquisition of relationship managers to service your client base.<;/p>;<;p>;As the Head of Private Client Wealth Management you will be required to build the respect of your colleagues and clients, enabling them to reach their full potential. You will empower your managers through marketing products and services with emphasis on relationship to the high net worth clients, starting from basic banking products to arranging and approving credit facilities, FX lines and investment products.<;/p>;<;p>;An exceptional relationship builder and networker, you will use the resources, both internal and external to build a portfolio of clients for whom you will become the key figure for their banking and financial planning needs.<;/p>;<;p>;The team advises clients on investments through client profile and asset allocation that best suit their risk appetite, investment horizon and diversification. As well as advising clients on tax saving plans through establishing and structuring offshore companies and trusts.<;/p>;<;p>;<;b>;Suitable applicants will possess the following:<;/b>;<;/p>;<;ul type="disc">;<;li>;Extensive experience in a management capacity within a reputable wealth management or private banking firm.<;/li>;<;li>;A well-rounded background heading up areas of banking, finance and investment.<;/li>;<;li>;Exposure to a western market, ideally either US or Europe<;/li>;<;li>;Creative sales and marketing approaches which allow for progressive growth through unstable and regressive market conditions.<;/li>;<;li>;Strong ability to analyze and assess market opportunities worldwide while developing the needed procedures and responses to assure success.<;/li>;<;li>;Ability to develop highly effective management strategies.<;/li>;<;li>;Possesses a flair for rapidly building rapport with people of all levels and cultures while maintaining lasting and supportive relationships.<;/li>;<;/ul>;<;p>;* Due to the exepected demand for this role we will only be able to reply to successful applicants.
