Due to the continued expansion of our business we are looking to recruit a VP Projects. With a direct reporting line into the SVP, and staff management responsibility, this is a pivotal role within our business and represents a superb opportunity for a high profile, seasoned, Project Director / VP to take control of these business critical projects here in Dubai.

Whilst driving two primary projects (4m and 20m square foot sites respectively), your key accountabilities will include ensuring completion of Master plans for critical projects and reporting to the SVP on progress and deployment issues on a monthly basis. You will be tasked with further building the strongest team to support the business goals whilst establishing, reviewing and implementing communication coordination & control lines for the project management team & Free Zone. Other key accountabilities include monitoring & reviewing operations, employee performance, staff development, and program implementation for customer satisfaction, efficiency, effectiveness, and work priorities.


Requirements:

Due to the pivotal nature of this position, we are looking for a top tier Project Director / VP with a proven track record of success in their career to date. With upwards of 15 years Project and Quality Management experience, and 5 years specifically operating in top level project roles, you will have the backing of appropriate tertiary qualifications and exposure to managing major landmark projects. With a strong understanding of international construction standards, you will also have knowledge of urban design and planning regulations here in Dubai.
