1.Reporting and assisting the marketing manager, coordinates planning, scheduling and implementing strategies and tactics for the organization.
2.Prioritize, negotiates and balances the needs of various internal and external client with available time, asset and budget requirements.
3.Schedules regular meetings with the marketing team. Maintain close contact with everyone on the team and is aware of all ongoing projects; provides support, guidance and resources as necessary. Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings. Contributes agenda items when appropriate.
4.Works closely with other staff to accomplish department goals.
5.Contributes actively to publications production and web development. Creates promotional material. Coordinates reproduction and dissemination of printed materials.
6.Develop information sheets and other educational resources.
7.Remains current on all products and services, and share knowledge with team members for maximum productivity.
8.Documents all marketing projects on an ongoing basis and completes summary reports as needed. Maintains records such as timesheets, contracts, purchase orders and billing statements.
9.Coordinates with vendors to provide supervision on contractual details, instruct contractors in details and expectations.
10.Identifies required resources. Facilitates contracts for shipping, ground transportation, printing, incentives, and other products and services as needed.
11.Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
12.Train Employees in concerned area.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
