Receptionist
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist for our office in Dubai Internet City, who will be able to handle successfully the company's front desk responsibilities. That person will be assisting the Office Manager in coordination and administration tasks when required, to ensure the efficient functionality of the office. In addition, they will be responsible for handling customer calls and solving queries on the spot, meeting and greeting all visitors into the branch in a warm and professional manner, receiving and distributing the post and also handling any courier packages by co-ordinating with the assigned courier company for collection and delivery.
Requirements:
?Very good spoken and written English language skills;
?Minimum 1 years working experience within a customer service industry as either receptionist or clerk;
?Professional work attitude and appearance;
?Ability and confidence to communicate effectively and interact at all levels;
?Strong motivation and drive to succeed to maximum potential;
?Sound computer skills including MS Word, Internet and email applications.
